This compilation is an expression of this as it contains productions of various electronic subgenres, reaching from Down- to Mid- up to House tracks.
Curated by our event-bumblebee, Maria Theresia von Eberg (MTvE), we found that a new wish and focus began to take its shape: To provide an opportunity for FLINTA acts to release their productions and encourage collaborations between experienced producers and newbies in this field: To provide an opportunity for FLINTA acts to release their productions and encourage collaborations between experienced producers and newbies within that field. We feel like this intention has successfully been achieved since more than 60% of the tracks have been created by FLINTAs alone or with FLINTA-participation. So, that the release date is only one day away from the International Women’s Day on March 8th seems to be more than a lucky coincidence.

Hard to believe how time flies – it's been exactly 6 years, 4 months, and 19 days since we released our very first compilation. Back then, everything was new and we had no idea where the journey would take us. Over the years, downtempo has evolved significantly and continuously reinvented itself.

Today, we're releasing our tenth and - for now - final compilation. From the beginning, it was important to us to provide a platform for new and emerging artists – and up until this tenth compilation, we’re proud to say that no artist appeared more than once.
