There are not many things that can give you that warm and overexciting feeling as if you had to much black tea: a good song, a renewed friendship and .. well... to much black tea.
And here we have all three of them.
An On Bast and Douglas Greed met over ten years ago on the other side of the world and always wanted to join forces. But upon till now they failed.
Not in way that would suggest a big story filled with tragedy behind it.
It was rather a string of missed chances and unexpectedly fast passing years.
But now we got two tracks that couldn’t be more different.
„I ́m right outside if you need me“ is sweet as baclava and as sad as the Friday news at the same time.
While „Night Time“ is a nice little rolling monster, haunting you on the dance floor - if you let it.

For their third release, @forthepeople-to are excited to present to you "Reminiscence" by @hauymusic. Originally from Brazil, he moved to Toronto in 2016 to focus on his music. His style deep/melodic music is a perfect compliment to the catalog of FTP and a welcome addition to their family.

Reminiscence EP has a smooth undertone and also features a collaboration with Nicolas Pera in which they enter a more eclectic soundscape that brings a beautiful ending to this release.

Sunshine in in the skies, fresh spring wind on your face, and the festival season about to kick off – get your tents outs and get ready for a dance as Berlin Underground’s evergreens and smile-men Kotelett & Zadak set the sunny times in motion on the 17 th URSL Records release ‘Eifel’.


The title track ‘Eifel’ pays homage to the beautiful german landscape in “Vulkaneifel” where the original field recordings were first made before they were combined with supplementary
synthesiser patterns.


Nectar captures the delicious mood of a sunrise over the river Spree through drum-recordings made in their sun-flooded studio at the infamous Holzmarkt project that's also home to Berlin's Kater Blau club. Rounds manifest the inner duality between class and grunge by combining lustful drums with a strong Acid line.

Thodoris Triantafillou from Athens delivers an intense re-work of the title track, drifting it into a powerful club tune.

Afterhour Sounds is since his begining in 2012 a crew of music lovers, music makers and music supporters. What started as an small idea developed over the years into an important institution in the field of electronic dance in and beyond germany. Our goal was and still is to enrich the world with different interpretations of the afterhour. 

In the beginning, we focused our passion on finding and supporting (un)known artists through blog posts, reposts and podcast contributions. Gradually, we expanded our sections to include live recordings and premieres. In-house releases and events were not long in coming. The crew changed, but the passion and spirit remained.
