Das Set habe ich auf einem privat organisierten Event gespielt im Keller vom Lido (Berlin). Lieben Dank an Jule fürs Zusammenbringen und vor allem Danke für diesen schönen Tanz durch die Nacht und die strahlenden Gesichter, in die ich den Abend über blicken durfte <3

Lasst Euch mitnehmen und steigt ein in "cruisin' in a disco nighttrain". Das Set zieht euch für knappe zwei Stunden durch verschiedene Genres, teils verspielt und groovig, aber stehts melodisch und treibend - holding a steady flow. 
... nun löst das Ticket und steigt ein!

cruisin‘ in a disco nighttrain @ Lidolino (Berlin)

This is the weirdest of The Artemis Trio pieces. The Jazz organ trio is a thing, and that's what this is, sorta. The organ in this track reminded me or a stadium organ played during baseball games, so that where the title, "Choke Up" (as in on the bat) came from. ⚾ Unlike the other Artemis Trio songs, there's an upright bass heard here. 

I made this in 2007, along with all the other "The Artemis Trio" tracks. There's still 1 or 2 hiding out somewhere.

Bei seinem Debütauftritt vor kurzem im Berliner Watergate verzauberte uns Tony Casanova mit seinem Set, lies uns trotz schon längst schmerzender Beine, stundenlang immer weiter tanzen und spielte dabei ein grandiosen Track nach dem Anderen. Hinsetzten war nicht möglich. Er bewies das Gespür im richtigen Moment den richtigen Track zu wählen, um bei allen Anwesenden Gänsehaut am ganzen Körper zu erzeugen. Mehr als Grund genug den Berliner, der am Freitag zusammen mit Kollege Joshua Jesse unter dem Alias Worst Case eine EP auf Stil Vor Talent veröffentlichte, um einen Podcast zu bitten.

Für Jeden Tag ein Set hat Tony Casanova nun sein erstes Liveset aufgenommen, in dem er nur seine eigenen Tracks live performt. Wir sind abermals begeistert von seiner Musik und vermuten, dass der talentierte Berliner schon bald bei den ganz Großen mitspielen wird. Viel Spaß mit Tony Casanova!

Unsere ruhige und entspannte Nummer 85 kommt heute vom Erlanger DJ und Produzent Rafaele Castiglione. Seine Heimat hat er beim Berliner Label Amselcom und dessen Slomo-Ableger Drossel gefunden. Seine Produktionen und DJ-Sets bestechen durch seine unglaubliche Vielfalt an Einflüssen. Mal Hang, südamerikanisch Töne, orientalische Beats und ruhige Melodien --- aber immer traumhaft zusammengeführt. Zurzeit ist Rafa viel als DJ unterwegs und wird auch in diesem kommenden Sommer auf einigen tollen Festivals zu sehen sein --- unter anderem auf dem Zugvögel OpenAir oder dem traumhaften Uckeralm Festival. 

Rafa viele Dank für diese tolle Stunde. So kann man doch in eine sonnige Woche starten … Sonne für Alle!

Nach dem verrückten Schneegestöber, dürfen wir uns auf die beiden Jungs, Ex-mono  und Pay Kusten freuen, die uns zu einem letzten Tanz auf Eis einladen.

Beide sind Teil einer bezaubernden Crew, die auch außerhalb eines sehr besonderen Festivals auf Tauchreise gehen. Unter Meeronauten Musik haben sie sowohl Releases, eine Vielzahl an Künstler*innen als auch berauschende Veranstaltungskonzepte in Petto.

Heiko alias Ex-Mono schätzt vor allem die musikalische Bereicherung, die das gemeinsame Auflegen mit sich bringt und hat sich daher Paul (alias Pay Kusten) mit an die Decks geholt.
Das zeigt sich besonders in der unvorhersehbaren Track-Selektion in ihrem facettenreichen Podcast, der euren Lauschern gefühlvolle Überraschungsmomente bescheren und eine Tanzwut in Wallungen bringen dürfte. Vielleicht weniger überraschend – aber nicht weniger verzückend – ist die spürbare Sehnsucht nach dem Meer, die hin und wieder an die Oberfläche drängt, wenn ihr genau hinhört.. 😊
