Claudiu Alexandru Chisar aka Ander, originally from Craiova, Romania, based in Liverpool UK.
Being in love with music his whole life, Whispers founder, Ander discovered his passion for minimal sounds since he first attended Sunwaves back in 2010 and he began concentrating on knowledge of music and mixing skills.
He aims to bring open-mind people closer together with the use of mysterious baselines and swinging atmospheric groves that can only create happiness and euphoria.
