'BLACK' explores the darker corners of Noir's studio persona, opening with a deep bassline and atmospheric piano chord. Songstress Caitlin provides the sublime and haunting vocals, longingly expressing the emotional misery and yearning which go hand in hand with heartbreak. Caitlin’s beautifully sustained tones are then met with a chunky, italo house inspired beat that's awash with 80s-inspired synths, instantly transforming 'BLACK' into a powerful piece of electronica.

With 'BLACK' and its predecessor both showcasing Noir's diverse skills as an artist, his debut album promises to delve even deeper; presenting 12 songs that will each feature a selected artist and explore the various layers of electronic music. 'BLACK' is another taste of what's to come from one of 2015's most highly anticipated debut albums.

“Tainted“ is much more darker, the story isn’t only sunny anymore. The synths promising no miracles, more a reflection of the time with all it’s effects, wild and surreal and a bit apocalyptic till the break is giving us a short release. We are not ending up with this mood.
“Solar Progression“ is bringing the lightness back with it’s easy melody and the playful elements. A musical sunrise, just to let ya start the new day with a smile.

"The Argentinean artist last appeared on the Greek imprint in June of last year with an excellent remix of Dousk’s ‘Life Is A Carnival’. 2018 also yielded other notable projects including his ‘Micron’ EP (also courtesy of Movement Recordings) and a release on Cid Inc’s Replug Records. 2019 holds promise with two of the Cordoba resident’s tracks being selected by Patrice Baumel for his upcoming Global Underground Berlin compilation. Now landing back on Movement Recordings, Matias presents his much anticipated ‘Hypertrophy / Free Water’ EP.

Rounding the release out and providing the lone interpretation of ‘Free Water’ is Peter Makto & Gregory S who make their label debut here. The Hungarian duo and True Sounds label bosses have firmly etched their place in the electronic underground with releases on Click Records, Low Pressings, Sound Avenue and Proton Music. Although known for their deeper creations they now land on Movement Recordings with a progressive minded take on ‘Free Water’. Taking a cue from the original Peter and Gregory craft a galloping groove and smooth rhythmic core. Nostalgic in nature,it flows through a tantalizing tonal motif before ghostly vocals shift the narrative during the main, perfectly setting the stage for an energetic finale.An inspired remix from the Hungarian duo which rounds out a welcome return to Movement Recordings for Matias Chilano, an artist who continuesto operate at a creative peak."

Denis Horvat returns to Afterlife Recordings for a second EP of distinctive, dancefloor productions.

A year after ‘Modelo’ comes ‘Miracle Of The Rose’, an evocative and authentic development of Horvat’s sound. On ‘Noise’, the vocals of Lelah give way to a stripped-down, reverberant groove. The title track rises with a free-flowing melody before dropping a tough, angular beat. ‘Divin’ is the EP’s deepest cut, before digital only track ‘Royale’ rounds off this diverse release with flair.
