"Partnering up with VICE for a sit down into the singer's producer role and insightful lyrics promising new comer Jimi Nxir (pronounced Noir) returns to his producer roots on his second single off of his debut EP titled “GXLD” releasing this fall. “Thundher” a fiery mix accompanied by lustful lyrics and silky vocals by Mr. Nxir himself. The visuals paired with this song explores the emotion of love as an unidentified journey, as Jimi invites listeners not only on this track, but also on a personal experience with him."

One of the nicest human beings on the planet, @dorian-concept is also certified nice with the production work. The 2008 RBMA graduate and two-time studio team member has stepped out of the spotlight for a minute following his visionary 2009 LP on Kindred Spirits, focussing more on the background of matters. 

Perhaps unsurprisingly, the piece he offers us as part of @mamikomotto's upcoming Amada compilation serves as a testament to Oliver's inclination to understatement - a delicate, brief-but-patient arrangement of metallic clanking, warped vocal shards and hints of synth-dexterity.

"Empty Everything (But You)" is taken from Amada - a compilation album assembled by Mamiko Motto and @allcitydublin, which also features exclusive tracks by Obey City, Georgia Anne Muldrow, James Pants, Darq E Freaker, Claude Speeed and many more. The album is out digitally on November 8th.
