An individual, six-track collection that seeks to transpose the unnerving imagery of Surrealism into the musical universe through charmingly dissonant, hypnotic, sinister soundscapes glued together with 4x4 functionality.

Nosotros nos estrenamos con el track Empty Street, que supone un punto de inflexión en el disco, que va de lo más a oscuro a lo más luminoso, y viceversa. El track, tan contundente como etéreo, nos traslada a un mundo siniestro e hipnótico, con claras influencias de EBM, post-punk, IDM y hip-hop, y que está presente a lo largo de cada track. (EN) The young producer based in Chicago Agency666 debuts with Fear of the Unknown, demonstrating how few producers are able to skillfully combine their influences with an aesthetic as mysterious and captivating as minimalist. With a stimulating microhouse approach, this fear of the unknown seems to go directly to the bowels of our senses.

We premiered with the track Empty Street, which is a turning point in the disc, which goes from the darkest to the brightest, and vice versa. The track, as strong as ethereal, takes us to a sinister and hypnotic world, with clear influences of EBM, post-punk, IDM and hip-hop, and that is present throughout each track. The Brvtalist is pleased to premiere a new track from Agency666. “Interlude666 (Electricity Is Humming Remix)” comes off the huge new release, Fear Of The Unknown Remixes, a follow up to the artists debut album of the same name which came out in March earlier this year on Psychocharmant Records. For the remix album, Agency666 invited some of his favorite and most inspiring producers to reinterpret their visions of the tracks. Remixers include VTSS, PTU, Toh Imago, Camilla Sparksss, Can Bora Tanzer, Psychocharmant, and Electricity Is Humming. Each one brings something unique to the compositions and today we are thrilled to present the Electricity Is Humming remix of “Interlude666” which takes us on a hypnotic journey through the most diabolical depths of techno and beyond.
