We are all joined by a universal language ...  music. Simply, it is what I breathe and the air is so rich you can taste it. 

It was time I stopped just dancing/listening and started really paying attention. I put a lot of time and effort into making myself strive for my goals, if this doesn't float it for you - come back in 6 months to this page. I can say with confidence this will just get better. 

Track background:
I believe that being in love with the person that is your equal teammate makes you abandon all preconceived notions and tear down the walls you spend building your whole life. No one teaches us how to love - it's sub consciously learned from our role models and let's face it - some of them are not role models and really don't have the answers. 

I think that people rush into relationships purely out of loneliness and a need for companionship. If the world had more cuddle buddies and less FTF than I think people would think harder about the relationships they forge with others. It's super simple, sometimes we just need to be animals and get down with it, but most of the time we need a true friend, a soldier, your ride or die bitch, a teammate and/or someone we can give our heart and soul to and really trust it is in good hands/vice versa. 

What happened to that?

It's not a straight or gay issue is a mutual respect for ALL fellow human beings not to treat each other like shit and be in this perpetual competition with each other. 

Yeh - I'm a hopeless romantic, I know, but I only speak my mind and hope that maybe that might make someone think harder about what the difference between loneliness and what a true connection means. 

Good luck out there - my rant. I feel strongly about the lyrics to this song and am so blessed to have a life as interesting and fun as it is with good friends that share similar values. In the meantime I will be working on my soul.
