Краснодарцы Dess Immers @de-ev и Rose Moses @roza-movsesyan в течение последних лет приобрели известность на локальной сцене не только как диджеи, но и промоутеры. Изначально ребята развивали разные стороны электронной сцены сольно. Так, Роза в течение 3-х лет продвигала скоростное techno и downtempo, а в 2021 году создала техно-проект "среда". Денис изначально сосредоточился на ломаной стороне баса, запустив серию d'n'b вечеринок "Roll The Barrel". В 2023-м ребята объединились в тандем Taman Hitam, в рамках которого исследуют просторы бас ориентированной электроники, чтобы «передать жизненную силу музыки». 

Для нас Taman Hitam оформил спешл на 162 bpm. «Смесь жанров, погружающее начало и трамплинный выход на приводящий тело в танец саунд».

After a 3-year hiatus Sorse have returned with their debut album. Echoes & Wastelands is the culmination of sketches that have been in development for years, meticulously refined into their final forms. The album showcases their evolution and reflects the duo's journey through the tumultuous period of the COVID-19 pandemic, a time when balancing heavy workloads outside of music-making greatly influenced their creative process.

Sorse's unique take on autonomic drum & bass is prominent throughout Echoes & Wastelands. The album is characterized by their spacious beats, lush melodies, glitches and textures, creating a rich listening experience that immerses the audience in its world. 
Inspired by their love for video games, particularly Fallout 4, and their engagement with the work of Mark Fisher, the album offers a glimpse into the duo's creative inspirations. Echoes & Wastelands presents a compelling narrative through its diverse sonic textures and evolving moods, marking a significant milestone in Sorse’s career.
Echoes & Wastelands is available worldwide on October 4th.

With almost 30 years of experience on the turntables, D.I.S. is still an integral part of the Chemnitz bass scene. Whether as a DJ ; Producer; Party organizer or (by now) in his sound system crew (3rd Ear Hi-Fi) he represents his off-beat sound collages, somewhere between Dub and Breakcore. 
Or to put it more philosophically: His sets are always like a little walk in the woods. On the one hand, you have many trees that hide what you have to be able to get involved with (Expect the Unexpected!). On the other hand, you should imagine that all these trees are different genres and the branches and leaves are the individual tracks. 
If you look up now, you will notice that visually everything flows together and radiates a beautiful peaceful warmth. 

RAGGA IS THE VIBE & JUNGLE IS THE MOVE! 

D.I.S is now part of the DRUMS crew, so it will be interesting to see where the journey will go.
