Dutch icon Man With No Shadow steps in with a mobile and moody Hardgroove single that marks a satisfying convergence between modern trend and the development of his artistic expression.

With over 20 years in the game, Man With No Shadow has steadily bloomed from the fertile grounds of the Dutch electronic music scene; initially as a DJ and later as a producer with records on OFF and Drumcode and eventually as co-founder and resident at the comprehensive club outfit GZG. 

It's experience like this that enables an artist to communicate clearly through music and this is case in point right here. Deep-set pads, stormy atmospherics and tessellating loops work to form a chilly and magnetic groove that carries enough force to make a mark at the warm up, the zenith of the night or the afters.

Donato Diana is back on Gain with his new EP titled "Bad Queen".

After the good successes of Refraction of time and Vortex, both on Gain records and played by artists from all over the world, Donato Diana this time gives us 2 more new techno tracks "Bad Queen" and "It's rave", tracks that continuously create intense and hypnotic atmospheres. His musical style is characterized by a mix of industrial techno and minimalism, with powerful bass, dark synthesizers and a wise use of percussions, which make him an unmistakable figure in the European underground scene.

The tracks are composed and integrated with several external synthesizers to create rich, atmospheric analog sounds, using a drum machine to program pulsating beats and heavy bass. In Ableton, Donato managed all the tracks, creating dynamic arrangements and manipulating the sounds with effects and automation to add depth and movement. Each track was constructed with attention to detail, trying to maintain a balance between groove and tension, typical of more modern techno music.

Next up on Kuukou is a slice of propulsive, high pressure Techno from regular collaborators Anina Owly and Thomas Klipps. Together, the German pair have forged a truly singular connection over many years of working together; a highly productive symbiosis that has born many fruits and lead them both to many booths across the world.

Whether through records on Techgnosis, Music4Aliens and Compile or through live sets at myriad clubs across Europe and beyond, the duo move in lock step, neatly dovetailing as they generate mobile Techno that balances groove, Funk and power perfectly. 

'Welcome To Miami' dials this signature balance perfectly. Subtle hats shuffle over a hustling low end that combines shards of acid, pointed stabs and an intense, persistent growl. The sonics are meaty and given a lightly trippy touch with ghostly vocals and warped synth strikes while the swing in the record gives it a distinctly magnetic character.

Packed with three hypnotic tracks - ‘Remote Control,’ ‘Kaoss Physics,’ and ‘Wrong Or Right’ - this EP delivers a high-octane dose of cutting-edge techno built to dominate global dancefloors.

Simina and Hollen’s collaboration is a seamless blend of pulsating rhythms, intricate textures, and deep, driving energy. From peak-time bangers to hypnotic grooves, the ‘Remote Control’ EP is a statement of intent for the year ahead. 

The title track kicks off with commanding beats, hypnotic synths, and sharp industrial hits. Digital, robotic vocals cut through the mix, adding an edgy touch as the track’s relentless drive pulls listeners deep into its magnetic orbit. Following on, ‘Kaoss Physics’ takes a deeper dive, layering glitchy textures, intricate synth complexities and rolling momentum to create a darker, moodier vibe.
