This is inspired by the 1925 silent film, the Phantom of the Opera, where we first see the lake underneath the catacombs of the Paris Opera House.

Mischief

I am a pipe organist and composer with a love of the art of accompanying silent films. Equal parts improvisational and iterative, silent movie music would have to capture the ideas and emotions onscreen while remaining flexible enough to pivot from scene to scene. I'm collecting here some of my silent movie ideas as fleshed out into larger pieces, incorporating synth and metal influence with the original heavy metal instrument, the pipe organ.
