With Sincopat 21 we start a new chapter in the label, we ask the illustrator Philip Cassirer to create a really special artwork for the next 10 EPs, is a mosaic made up with ten pieces starting in the 21th release and ending with the 30th, we call it Sincopat Island and just 300 limited vinyl copies will me made for every single release, so you will just be able to build the puzzle getting our next 10 releases.  
Label honcho AFFKT bring us the first stone in the path, like in the previous releases for Sincopat he dives into his own sound to break rules and deliver once again music full of personality. The energetic ‘We are safe’ opens the pack with a mixture of styles, retro futuristic cosmic sound coming from the deep space. For the remix, And.Id presents a minimal slice of deep-tech, playing with the notes of the bass and taking it to different sounds. The ironic ‘Therapy’ has a rolling groove with tiny notes of melody perfectly adopted, and remember the power is in your mind. Satori makes a fantastic introduction in his remix, building then a trip to another space of melodies and voices. The track travels through different layers of piano and keyboards, landing finally in a warm and deep floor. Once Again Sincopat search in the past but always looking into the future.

We even added two special revised and tweaked versions by Mila Stern and Oberst & Buchner to the assortment for some extra sharpness.

Gallic cynosure Agoria debuts on the Hotflush roster with ‘Hélice’ – a compelling, propelling record that envelopes and encompasses. Blending an ambience of eerie sci-fi over suspense-laden peaks and troughs, it goes after body and mind in equal measure.

Its B-side counterpart is  ‘Make It Real’, a jacking house number cut through with a classic Rhodes bounce. The latent garage disposition is brought to the fore by ESS, whose remix nods to the East Coast glory days of yore.
