This record was recorded between 2014 and 2015 and is a collection of songs and pieces written by members of A Great Disaster during that time. 
The music tells stories of love had, love and youth lost, perseverance, existential plights, social and personal experiences, having fun, and living life in the present moment. 
Many styles are referenced in the record including jazz, folk, classical crossover, cinematic, jam, blues, rock, country, pop, funk, Appalachian, and acoustic. This Americana blend combined with the lyrical presentations give the record a distinctive flair and form you can only get by listening for yourself!

Walking Along

We are a group of four friends and musicians who met in our college music department. We share a love for writing and making music and combine elements from rock, jazz, pop, jam, folk, R&B, and improvisatory styles to tell our stories, make you dance and get our tunes stuck in your head!
