Once upon a time in the West

Maryam, by Les Étoiles Pastel. Four new songs make up the 23-minute EP inspired by female Ascended Masters and Goddesses. Clarinet and synth now trademarks, it is calm but also able to shake with tempo changes, while maintaining the verve of an electronic Gong Bath. Melodies performed and recorded in the Parma hills in June, reworked in November in Paris. Les Étoiles Pastel denotes itself as an avant-garde project in modern transcendental music, the Maryam EP denotes an acquired development of maturity compared to the debut Self-Titled. A clarinet melody acts as a witness between the two records, like the feeling that certain sounds come from a metaphysical dimension.
