Qurbaane lab-e-laal-e-janaan-e-kharabaatam

Dil reshi o be kheshi shud ain-e-namaaz-e-mun
Dar qiblae abrooe khubaane kharabaatam
 
Mun aainae yaarum, ganjeenae asraarum
Hairat zadae ishqam mun shaane kharabaatam
 
Een khirqae hasti ra dar maekada-e-vehdat
Sad baar girau kardam uryaane kharabaatam
 
Een tauba-o-taqwa shud az Jami-e-be-deene
Dar kooe Malamaati, hairaane kharabaatam
 
  
I am as the dust beneath the feet of the drunkards of Kharabaat
Sacrificing myself for the ruby-red lips of the heartthrobs of the Kharabaat

مَنَم محوِ جمالِ اُو، نمی دانم کُجا رفتم
شُدَم غرقِ وصالِ اُو، نمی دانم کجا رفتم 

میں اسکے جمال میں محو ہوں اور نہیں معلوم کہاں جا رہا ہوں، بس اُسی کے وصال میں غرق ہوں اور نہیں جانتا کہاں جا رہا ہوں۔ 

غلامِ روئے اُو بُودَم، اسیرِ بُوئے اُو بودم
غبارِ کوئے اُو بودم، نمی دانم کجا رفتم 

میں اس کے چہرے کا غلام ہوں، اسکی خوشبو کا اسیر ہوں، اسکے کُوچے کا غبار ہوں، اور نہیں جانتا کہاں جا رہا ہوں۔ 

بہ آں مہ آشنا گشتم، ز جان و دل فدا گشتم
فنا گشتم فنا گشتم، نمی دانم کجا رفتم 

اُس ماہ رُو کا آشنا ہو کر گھومتا ہوں، جان و دل فدا کیے ہوئے گھومتا ہوں، خود کو فنا کیے ہوئے گھومتا ہوں اور نہیں جانتا کہاں جا رہا ہوں۔ 

شدم چوں مبتلائے اُو، نہادم سر بہ پائے اُو
شدم محوِ لقائے او، نمی دانم کجا رفتم 

میں اس کے عشق میں ایسے مبتلا ہوں کہ اس کے پاؤں پر سر رکھے ہوں اور ہمہ وقت اسکے دیدار میں محو اور نہیں جانتا کہاں جا رہا ہوں۔ 

قلندر بُوعلی ہستم، بنامِ دوست سرمستم
دل اندر عشقِ اُو بستم، نمی دانم کجا رفتم 

میں بُو علی قلندر ہوں اور دوست کے نام پر سرمست ہوں اور میرے دل میں بس اُسی کا عشق ہے، اور نہیں جانتا کہاں جا رہا ہوں۔

He is also a Guitarist and has trained many years as a Jazz Guitarist and Bassist at Vienna Conservatory of music.
