'Delusional Affection' is the first single of my upcoming debut EP 'A Second Before Awakening', which is inspired by an interpretation I wrote of Salvador Dalí's painting 'Dream Caused by the Flight of a Bee Around a Pomegranate a Second Before Awakening'. The composition specifically portrays Dalí's emotions towards his muse Gala, which involve fear, unconditional love and compulsive feelings. The atmosphere of the composition is best described as an eerie landscape morphing into warm waves of sunlight and dust, eventually revealing their purpose - hope.
