This is a quick mix so it's kinda not really good. Anyways, Enjoy ~ 

So, I tried to make a 'story' by changing the roles of the one singing. For example, at the first part, It was boy's point of view, while in the second, it was the girl's point of view. It kinda make sense now. It's like, the boy dated a girl but he didn't really like/love her, but he can't break up with her since she might be hurt. So he still puts up the act, saying "Love you" just so that the girl won't get hurt. While on the other side, the girl already knew about what his true feelings were, she kept having doubts and such, yet she has already fallen in love with him, and is scared about letting him go. But she tried to pretend that everything was fine. Saying "Love you", even though she wants their relationship to be true. In the end, they said their goodbyes and true feelings.
Yeah. So sad. Also, this is just my interpretation of the song.
