Mr Sad Man

Here is my first attempt at a reggae sequel style song, apologies for the guitar, the strings are a little bit worn and keep going out of tune, even after tuning the guitar several times, and I played in the bass myself for the first time. This is a home recording not a studio recording. Hope you enjoy it.

Here's one of my songs from 20+ years ago, I am revisiting it to make it sound a little bit more up to date, I played in the guitar, bass, drums and percussion and recorded the vocals, all at home, not in a studio, just have to put in some piano and keyboards, and it will be finished, but I'm trying to strip it down to make it sound a little more vulnerable rather than sound to 'over done' or 'a-typical' type song.

Mama Said

Here is an updated version of my previous song which I had to delete from my page, the upload didn't go quite to plan, not to worry. 
I play all the instruments on this track, with exception for the drums (brushes) and percussion (tambourine).
It's a song about reminiscing a lost love, the 'one that got away'

As an early birthday present to myself, (tomorrow), I took another swing at this track, and played in an experimental bass line, rather than a base line that just follows the norm, and my very first attempt at playing several acoustic guitar solos myself, and let me say I am not nor have I ever considered myself, a guitar player, I'm a guitar try-er lol :-)
Here is lady a sweet coalescing song for all the women in the world, who perhaps feel a little neglected, forgotten or overlooked, and especially those who need to be celebrated and cherished, enjoy...
