Aidan Berg began to work on a new original track, ‘Vortex’, in late 2024. It was released on his private Instagram account on Feb 7 2025. The 7-minute, 128 BPM and F minor electro house banger incorporates elements of tech house, bass house, and big room house, with a exciting and dark four-on-the-floor intro, an escalating, intriguing synth melody combined with a percussive buildup, and a bass-heavy, powerful beat drop consisting of a glitchy, buzzing, synth melody. Overall the track’s musical style was inspired by the 2013 hit “Animals” by Martin Garrix, as well as more recent tech housey tracks by artists such as Dom Dolla, FISHER, and John Summit. Enjoy!

Aidan Dae Berg (born in San Francisco in Sep 2007) is a rising American EDM producer and DJ native to the San Francisco Bay Area, scheduled to graduate Analy High School in 2026. His father is also a DJ, who began his career in the late ‘80s. However, Aidan, as a Gen Z, started listening to EDM around 2011 as a young child when his father began downloading EDM songs from iTunes (would later switch to Beatport in ‘15/‘16). But Aidan’s interest did not really emerge until the age of nine, when he truly recognized his unique, natural ability of perfect pitch, and even started experimenting with music production himself on GarageBand iOS at that age! He has also experimented with Traktor Pro DJ software since he was 14. Original EDM tracks by Aidan, released/scheduled for release in 2025, so far include “Vortex”, “Grandeur Ecstasy”, and “Sonic Vortex”. His remixes of popular songs include “Can I Get A Makeba”.
