This track started back in 2020 as an instrumental. I called it Embark at the time because the melody sparked the feeling of wonder and adventure when I listened to it as if I were setting out on an epic quest of some sort. I didn’t plan on releasing the track at first as it wasn’t quite exciting enough yet. 

This year I noticed my old friend @kalierosati singing some dope snippets of cover tracks on her IG stories and reached out to her about a potential collab. 

We bounced some ideas off each other and decided to cover Iris by The Goo Goo Dolls, and now we’re proud to release Embark on SoundCloud today!
