Wowa Effect is the alias of Vova Barsukov - a classically trained pianist turned electronic music producer and DJ, based in Berlin’s vibrant Friedrichshain district. With a background in live performance using Elektron machines, Wowa’s sonic identity gradually evolved, shaped by the emotional intensity of ’90s anthems and the euphoric pull of early 2000s trance.
