On the 22nd of November, Amsterdam-based party instigators Verknipt are celebrating their 2 year anniversary. And they have pulled out all the stops for the occasion. In three different areas visitors will be able to check out their favourite artists from different facets of underground dance music. Think the finest house, techno and deep house, played by the likes of Patrick Topping, De Sluwe Vos, Cleavage, Prunk, Alan Fitzpatrick, Illesnoise and many more. 

Together with The Boom Room, Deep House Amsterdam brings you a tasty preview of what is to come by another high-ranking DJ on the event's line-up: mr. Sidney Charles. Hear his thick house grooves and get in the mood for the 22nd of November when you will be able to hear and see the Avotre label's main man in action.

In the Boom Room, Deep House Amsterdam will have recurring segments like the 'spotlight track' where we pick our favourite new track of the week and a bi-weekly mix that we will co-host with them, the latest of which you can listen to here.

Roger Martinez kicks off 2013 with yet another EP that blew us away here at Gem headquarters. His previous EP ‘Die Magische Tijd’ was one of the peoples favorites of 2012 and the title track is followed up on the Eschaton EP with ‘De Machtige Trip’. Another beautiful melodic techno voyage that we have come to love from this exciting artist. ‘Eschaton’ and ‘Kracht’ are both extremely powerful high quality dance floor destroyers.

All three tracks on this EP have been big crowd pleasers during Martinez’ live performance which was one of the highlights of Amsterdam Dance Event 2012.
