Nil Son is one of the guys who was on line ups when I started taking my first steps in Dresden's underground music scene - and he still is.

Looking back, at the beginning of our friendship he was more into deephouse and techno music.
Over the time he found his love for slower music and his sound gradually got more and more influenced by labels such as URSL, Laut&Luise or Serafin Audio Imprint.
He never lost the ability to adjust his style to any given situation. This 
 and the fact that we share our passion for both rough and slower music makes him also the DJ I had my best b2b's with and brought us closer together.
Have fun with this interpretation of mellow music by my dear friend Nil Son.

This latest LOST mix was actually a recorded mix I did for the local radio station here in Seattle.  I was asked if I wanted to do a guest mix for a techno night and I of course agreed, however due to scheduling/ miscommunication, the mix never saw the light of day. I don't mind though, I did put a lot of effort into this mix because I wanted to showcase some really awesome and talented producers to the Seattle dance music scene. My hope was to weird out the audience a bit haha. 

That being said, I hope you enjoy the mix, it was sitting in my inbox waiting to see the light of day, so I figured I might as well upload it.  The last song is one of my favorite songs ever made, if you are a fan of System of a Down you will know :P

" Ahoy! I'm living at the baltic sea coast in germany and since my childhood i'm playing the saxophone in several live combos. But a decade ago I also fell in love with electronic music. I like it smooth, I like it slow, I like it driving and drifting. I love to spread my vibe daytime on music festivals, sharing storytelling dj sets and of course still love jammin the saxophone with soulfoul musicians. Once in a while I combine and make live saxophone Dj sets.
