French label Canal Auditif is back with a fresh release by an artist from their hometown Toulouse, Jacme. No stranger to the label, Jacme makes his return after appearing on the Oddities Vol. 1 compilation album little over a year ago and after having delivered a couple high quality remixes. Now it’s time for his solo work with three fresh cuts! 

The EP kicks off with 'The Seven Tones', a melancholic deep melodic dreamer. Followed by 'Aftertouch 99’ which explores the funky spectrum of melodic house music with its infectious groove and airy synthlines. Finally it’s time for ’Saudade’, an intelligent dance floor pleaser that is both warm and groovy with it’s tribal percussion. A proper climax builder this one! But wait, that’s not all! New Dehli based producer SHFT takes on remix duties for ’Saudade’ in a way only he can. Dark, raw, funky and melodic are the key words to describe this one.

Outstanding work here by Jacme and SHFT, and another strong addition to the Canal Auditif legacy!

After a little break in his career, this 2019 his first track with the distinctive European label Shango Records release with also more remixes Some of this recent tracks have been charted as top
downloads in the most visited digital stores like Beatport and Juno Downloads.
Moreover there is a single vinyl coming out this year in collaboration with his brother Die Jungle and has been invited to amazing compilations for the rest of the year. 
His unique sounds come from electronic ethnical elements that reflects dark grooves and warm feelings, the artist continues
evolving and exploring with new ideas and different projects coming out very soon.

"The never-ending journey started in a dark room in Lahore 2003, when someone in the room played Infected Mushrooms from the phone. As I was enjoying the tune in the background all I was thinking was how do they make these mind-bending sounds and brain cells tripping basslines. That was it I was hooked to Goa and Psytrance and started discovering other genres of electronic music mainly House at the time and then Minimal and Techno.
Played for decent underground raves in UK which helped me "Keepin It Real" and the clubs in and around London town."
