Ajaye Prada, a sharp, powerful rapper and lyricist from the nefarious DMV, inherited his appellation from his love of exquisite, luxurious clothing. Hailing from a tumultuous and hostile environment, Prada’s ability to express himself was often lost in the roar of his upbringing. He turned to the pen to find expression though writing and later combined his love of words with his love of music to create the dynamic hardcore hip hop for which the new artist is gaining notoriety.


Prada’s music seamlessly blends hardcore Hip Hop with styles such as Rock, Go-Go, Alternative and R&B. He cleverly uses puns and metaphors, twisting them with a hint of humor. He is as much a beat master as he is a profound lyricist exploring a range of topics in his lyrics.
