Dragon Dreaming was my first doof and has long since been my favourite. The combination of energy from the land and the intention of openness and love curated by organisers is incomparable. The opportunity to open this festival is a highlight of my life so far. The dance floor filled up and got filthy real quick. So enjoy this journey through some of my favourite chuggers, movers, and stompers. 💚💜💛

Music producer and DJ, and proud trans woman, Jemma (AJEM) has an instatiable lust for bush techno and psytech, with its balance of intensity and spacious beats to inspire creative movement. She has a taste for music that evokes feelings, thoughts, and a sense of wonder and play. She invites you on deep journeys into warm and dark psychedelic sound scapes and thumping techno beats. Her intention is to create spaces where we connect deeply to our bodies and each other through sound and movement. Expect to be held captive by hypnotic grooves and filthy subfrequencies. She has played at various bush doofs around Sydney, including Dragon Dreaming, Rabbits Eat Lettuce, Art Valley, Weaselstock, Tribe Ascension, Earthen Rhythmics and Vyoma.
