"With this mix I tried to recapture the feelings and memories I hold from when I was heading north from Stockholm for a short holiday in January 2023. Spending sixteen hours on a night train, going to bed next to strangers and waking up to the view of a boreal forest covered in snow felt quite unbelievable to me. Seeing the forest turn into vast landscapes interspersed with frozen lakes and snow-covered mountains, racing past the ice-fogged window of my train compartment, made me fall in love with Lapland's tundra and taiga and had a feeling of solitude and desolation overcome me."
