Money In The Breeze - A.J Moore

Here is a track I wrote last year for the excellent number one selling classical artist Laura Wright. We released it for Xmas 2021 and you can find it on all major streaming platforms.

‘Do You Like What You See' is the 11th track on A.J Moore's soon to be released debut album 'HARMONICS'. The song explores the topic of someone who has lost their way in life. The lyrics are from an outsider’s point of view, questioning the character’s motives and why they have chosen the route they have. 

The original idea for the song came from A.J's wife and lyric partner, Gillian, who wanted to write a song about bullying. A.J then orchestrated a dramatic melody and Pink Floyd sounding guitar riffs to intensify the moral of the song.

A.J Moore is a session musician, songwriter and music educator. He has performed around the globe and received radio play across the BBC and Europe. 2019 saw the release of a new acoustic duo folk/classical album with guitarist/producer/writer Nick Rundall.

A.J has been guitarist for number 1 selling artists including Hayley Westenra, Laura Wright, Nell Bryden, Jonathan Ansell, G4, Noah Stewart, Lee Mead and Dame Evelyn Glennie.  He’s also toured alongside artists like Jools Holland, The Gypsy Kings and Gary Barlow. He was also arranger and guitarist for the Queen Musical Bohemian Rhapsody and guitarist for hit musical The Colour Purple. 

A.J has worked alongside orchestras including Opera North, British Sinfonia, Welsh National, and National Orchestra of Taiwan and has written articles for Acoustic Guitar, Total Guitar and the Guitarist Magazine.
