Kameni and Jochem, the two DJs behind Cappuccino, embarked on separate journeys from different corners of the world, only to serendipitously find each other in Los Angeles. One hailing from Cameroon and the other from the Netherlands, their paths converged to establish a project that intertwines their shared roots in modern electronic music and traditional West-African percussion. Together with the gifted South African vocalist WendySoni, they present a captivating composition infused with a beautiful melody and an irresistible groove.

In our first remix, we are honored to showcase the prodigious skills of Enoo Napa, one of the foremost names in the Afro house realm. This South African superstar delivers an astonishing and evolving rendition, maintaining a dark, gritty, and hypnotic atmosphere that echoes his distinctive sound.

Cameron Jack teams up with Stones & Bones to deliver something truly special with their collaborative single ‘Ancestral Praise’ featuring Reine Mash.

The single sees London born Cameron Jack follow on from a slew of successful releases with ABRACADABRA, as well as a remix for Damian Lazarus’ iconic Crosstown Rebels imprint. South African duo Stones & Bones have been busy themselves, with their self-described “Afro-Rock” sound finding homes on labels such as Merecumbe Recordings, Movement Limited and Spitfire Music.

Cameron explains; “Casper and KG (Stones & Bones) reached out asking if I wanted to collaborate on one of their records for their latest release. They sent me a selection of really nice tracks to pick from. The minute I heard the vocal on Ancestral Praise I knew it was the one. I love working with uplifting vocals like this. Ollie Drummond has been making big waves in his hometown of London and beyond, mixing up his love of golden-era tech house with cutting edge sounds for a deep heady groove.
