Stepney The Bluebell Engine

A commission by TywynWharf2002, who suggested that I extend this underrated gem from Series 5. Thought I'd blend and extend the ones used in 'Stepney Gets Lost' (The only time it's ever used) with the extra sections from the original Series 4 Theme. When I compare the two, I feel this suits the 'Bluebell Valley' scenes more, the lack of percussion makes it more ambient for me.

Musical Doodle

Whilst working on this cover, I thought it would be fun to mix up the drums used in the original as I couldn't find the exact ones I was looking for.

This is a mashup with another piece that was used in an older Carson's Video Workshop video when the Helping Hiro trend was still a hot topic. (Link to said video is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Y0jJOQI4hQ) I do know that the track originated from an anime, but I was unable to find exactly what the anime was. Still, even out of context, I'm pretty pleased with how this cover turned out!

All instruments and samples are from TX16WX, Splendid Studios and Connor (CGA26).

Stepney The Bluebell Engine's Theme (Series 4)

A little orchestral test piece I put together within a couple minutes, made to take the BBC Symphony Orchestra plugin I've gotten recently out for a (rather short) spin. The only instruments here that are not from it are the cymbal roll and "sparkle" percussion sounds. Earlier, I was actually planning on putting together a whole orchestral arrangement of either Stepney or Oliver's themes as the first test but for now, I just settled on recreating the ditty from the end of Stepney Gets Lost. I'll getting around to doing the other ones I planned soon though. I think this turned out rather beautifully though, and I'll definitely be using this for more orchestral pieces. Enjoy. :)

Happy New Year, everyone! I hope you all had as much a Merry Christmas as I had. And so, to start off with 2024, I will be completing the Stepney Gets Lost OST! I plan on having this done by the end of January the latest! Also, I will be remaking some of my older tracks so that they are updated and sound better in Mixcraft, so look out for those too! As soon as I get this OST done, I will update my drive with my latest tracks that have not been added yet! I would also like to thank you all for your support this past year, it means a lot!
