Berlin-based DJ and producer Less Distress debuts on our mix series, bringing with her an hour of galloping rhythms, psychedelic atmospheres and dreamy melodies with a metallic edge. With a sound that skips across several sonic palettes, the Russian-born artist has released on a wide range of established labels, including @mamatoldya, @positivesource, @akronymcollective, @inorbitrec, @rawppl and @coupprojekt amongst others. Alongside her role as an artist on Medellín’s Insurgentes label, she co-founded ECO and Latitudes, two platforms that spotlight the creative and political work of Latin American electronic music scenes, with a strong feminist focus.

Her DJ mixes are known for their narrative depth, as exemplified in this mix, where she skillfully navigates diverse genres, taking bold risks while maintaining a sharp ear for high-quality sound.

Ajwad Kabir, also known by his stage name "Wasie", plays eclectic, hypnotic techno, touching on elements across minimal, IDM, dream-dance and ambient scenescapes.
