music consultant for the bassline circus crew in 2007 was a challenging and rewarding occupation, the hardest part of course was trying to make sure their music crew were in the studio following the performance brief rather than stuck under the closest vehicle fixing the clutch. well, here is a mix of one of the tracks we worked on that i did when everybody else just pretty much left me to it.

Amsterdam and About:Blank in Berlin. Her passion for techno has made her
an appreciated DJ in her home town of Oslo as well where she has been a
part of numerous concepts and collectives.

About MIAOMIX set: I was just having fun & excited to be in the studio of Miao music in CPH! 🖤 Playing my fave tunes at the moment by artists like Alberto Tolo, Ketch, Volster, TWR72 and Havik whose tracks I always love. Also some new tracks by myself. hope u like it!

EJA is the solo alias of one half of Duplicity, a now London based label and podcast series. As Duplicity, EJA emerged onto the local Scottish scene in late 2019, playing at events around Edinburgh and Glasgow. As Duplicity, EJA has spearheaded the label's overall sound through careful curation of podcast guests & artists for recent various artist releases, which have seen solid success. As the label continues to evolve, 2024 is shaping up to be a busy year with many releases in the pipeline. Since the pandemic, EJA has refined his own sound and general approach, focusing on deep, hypnotic, groovy and loopy elements, largely inspired by artists such as Rene Wise, Setaoc Mass, DVS1, MARRØN, Kaiser and has been working on his own productions, with a growing arsenal of unreleased works and a few select releases which have so far had support from the likes of Justine Perry, Lea Occhi, Border One, Kaiser, Annabel Arroyo and been released on Duplicity, .defaultbox, PRTLWRX & SOMA.

Vanground is a Spanish DJ and producer born and based in Madrid. With a career that began in the 90s, Vanground started producing music using Fruity Loops and Rebirth in 1996. In 2000, he began his DJing journey, spinning vinyl as part of the Hard Taste collective, and quickly became part of Madrid’s underground electronic scene. He was also a founding member of the Injection Project collective and held a monthly residency at Cáceres’ "Mongy" club in 2001, while performing at venues like Aire Club and various clubs and raves across Madrid.

Vanground’s career developed throughout the 2000s with performances at iconic clubs such as Cocoon Club and Lucky Club. In 2006  started learning production in Ableton Live.  In 2011, he joined the DJs Music collective, continuing his sets at prominent Madrid venues like Penelope and Mondino.

In 2015, he founded the Quantum collective and played at festivals such as Manjinegros, returning to the event again in 2022.

 2022-  he contributed to the opening of Lasociaciøn (Madrid), where he has been performing ever since.

This set was exclusively recorded at Magdalena on 07/12/24 at Lasociaciøn.

Dirty Epic welcomes aboard @boriquatribez for its 108th episode of Amplify Series.

Since 1989 Uncertain (formerly known as Boriqua Tribez) has become a driving force in Electronic Music. His prevailing interest for different styles in music is responsible for his unique variety of classic elements and recent influences, whether as a DJ or producer. Currently performing on 3 decks Uncertain marks his DJing for being fast, proper & "telling stories". Travelling around the Globe and DJ-Support from the likes of Richie Hawtin, Ben Sims, Mark Broom, Radio Slave, Truncate, Honey Dijon, Carl Cox, Luke Slater, Paco Osuna, DJ Rush, Will Clarke, Danny Howard, Eats Everything, DJ Bone, Danny Tenaglia, etc.. confirmes his recognition as an artist. After more than 50 Releases/Remixes on Labels like KMS (Label of Techno Originator Kevin Saunderson), Recycled Loops (former Label of UMEK/Valentino Kanzyani), Ingoma (former Label of Ben Sims), Primate,.. in the last two decades it was finally time to move on from Boriqua Tribez to the next chapter called "Uncertain". Founded in 2018 "Uncertain" shows the more frantic side of techno which - since then - gained in Releases on Labels such as Rekids, Beard Man, Truncate, WRKTRX, Illegal Alien, Mind Medizin, just to name but a few.
