Kirtan Sessions was an album that I released in 2012. Weaving together the ancient with the NOW. Where kirtan and sacred mantra meets dub, hiphop, and reggae. Being the first real album that I ever came out with, it was a magical journey of sacred expression. Meanwhile getting to collaborate with MC's and musicians that I was associating closely with at the time. As time went on and my skills in production increased, I began to cringe when I listened to the mixing and mastering on the project. Which lead me to KIRTAN SESSIONS - REWORKED. 

In this renewal, you may find that tracks have a whole new feel and taste to it. Some tracks ( like Hey Govinda and You Are The Lover) have been given a whole new beat structure and vibe. While others have just been touched up to make a cleaner more potent sound. Remastered... a bit remixed... fully reworked. 

I hope you enjoy these healing sound vibrations laced with beats and bass.

The song that I shared at the very end of Why Nam weekend party with live concert in July, 2017 in Koh Phangan, Thailand.
It's a live recording, so the quality is organic.
The melody of Gayatri mantra came through me a few years ago when I really needed and prayed for the inner light, and it's been becoming longer ever since.
When I sing, it's a prayer of the heart. 
It's my way to connect to the nature and something greater than me. 
Some parts of the song are inspired by Tina Malia and my friend Heather a.k.a creature.
