„you too, shall pass“ is a continuation of the burial installation concept born last year as „I am the sacrifice on the altar of paradox“. this year the invitation is to imagine our decay in the soil in a chamber of quietude within the chaotic realms of hermannplatz. death, this deeply tabooed aspect of reality which is paradoxically the one truth that unites all beings on earth, has been sterilized and overtaken by religion and capitalism in ways, that have disconnected us from the deep teachings death has to share with us in order for us to live well. as our western culture doesn’t reflect a healthy encounter with our finite existence we lack spaces to sit with and imagine the end of our life. „you too, shall pass“ is conceived from that longing, to feel the palpable sacredness of the threshold that accompanies us in each moment of our lives. simultaneously it is an offering to our ancestral traditions which would honor the dead around this time of the year, knowing that life doesn’t end with death and that our ancestors play a vital role in influencing life on earth. in that it is also an inquiry in how the demonization of the earth through christianity & other religions has created a distorted perception of the body being „sinful“ and separated from the earth. in that sentiment, it is an act of honoring our interdependent existence with a vast community of life-forms which are all part of a giving & receiving cycle, out of which humans have taken their bodies, as well as their hearts & beliefs. what if we stopped being greedy even at the end of our lives and we would actually offer our bodies back to the soil to feed the web of creation? this is an invitation for meditation on this question in a burial made from earth donated by the cemetery luisenstadt gemeinde located on hermannstrasse which is adorned with moss, herbs, berries, birch and rock and imbued with a three hour long sound installation woven out of laments, chorals, field recordings, podcast excerpts and music from different cultural contexts about the journey of the soul. this is an invitation to you to practice dying, because, you too, shall pass.

LF58 is the collaborative consciousness of techno maestro Neel and sonic explorer Filippo Scorcucchi. Initially beginning the project with a blissful release on Auxiliary, the duo has since gone on to release three legendary albums on Astral Industries. The modular synth masters are revered for their ability to sculpt sound into expansive, architectural forms, building entire worlds from celestial drones and intricate textures.

This mix is music for the deep cosmos of the mind; an ambient transmission designed to dissolve time and space. Patient and deep, the set serves as a soundtrack for drifting through the quiet solitude of space, floating in a sonic vessel built by two masters of atmosphere.

Dj wiggles joined Hybrida Fest this summer, just after she got engaged, and glowed throughout the whole festival. She played on the last day, slotted between Ekaliff and Simone Bauer and had specifically asked to play while it was dark, which isn’t for many hours during that time of the summer in Älvsbacka. As she started playing, it was clear why. She went deep, dark and trippy, just as the woods surrounding us. A thoughtful set with a wide range of springing rhythms, eerie melodies and seamless transitions. Enjoy!

Turbulence V/A - Preview - Release 05/12/25

Kā travelled a long way by plane, bus, and car with her 25 kg meteorite gong to be with us this summer at Hybrida Fest. For this new rendering of her live set, we prepared the Liveroom with candles, scents, comfy seating, and spotlights aimed at the centred gong. As Storm guided us through her meditative journey and the gong spun, the light swept through the room and gently illuminated the faces and bodies of a contemplative crowd. As you listen to this recording, put on your best headphones, turn down the lights, close your eyes, and get a taste of the soothing sound bath we all had the chance to relish together this summer in Älvsbacka. Enjoy!
