As we all know Japan is the Land of the Rising Sun and undoubtedly Yuu K Akatsuki is the Rising Star 💫
As a child Yuu had a keen interest to play the violin 🎻 and gradually became a DJ and incorporated the melodic vibe into her sets thus proving her signature style which would bring utter madness on the floor combined with nostalgia in the minds of the crowd that they would relish together with the spirit of the top class quality sound every time she has her hands on the console. Defining her style one could get the taste of her magic from her first EP “MESSAGE” and it turned out to be so fantastic that her track “CRYSTAL CODE” feat. DETTECT got chosen by BANG IT ! Records and saw it’s release on “ADE 2016 Sampler”. Also showed up on Zibiria Records and Urban Records.
Her first collaboration as a Guest 𝗗𝗷 with the FMD’s for the “FMD 𝗗𝗷 MIX” Radioshow and a session with Zibiria Records called “Zibiria on Air” by the end of the year has only kept her more busy and busier with more futuristic projects on hand.
Everybody has their own ups and downs in life and Akatsuki is no new to this but she’s an exception. There was a point when she wants to give up Djing but her friends, family and fellow DJs encouraged her to a such a way that she bounced and shot back like an asteroid.
Joining as a host to a French Radio and a Mexican Radio called “Yagira Radio” Akatsuki has always been so passionate ‘bout her music that she relentlessly works towards live-streaming her sets for her fans globally even at a tested time of a pandemic situation gripping and threatening every soul on earth. Unlike the strength of the momentum of the asteroid travelling towards the earth with great speed on 29th April, 2020, Akatsuki has had already a double impact on her worldwide fans by officially featuring in the “DJane Mag”. Also featuring on Ruckus Radio alongside the best DJs in the world, she been a brilliant addition to the “SURE RECORD POOL JAPAN”. About the Record Pool : Sure Record Pool headquartered in the Bronx, New York, the company has been in business since 1978, and the company's philosophy continues to be fundamental today. The songs have been officially distributed by major record companies for promotional purposes.
