the (nearly) entire recording of a live abT [akie bermiss Trio] show at Rockwood Music Hall in June of 2015.  we have made a tradition of playing sporadic midnights at the joint. at first, i thought it would never take off.  then, i was comfortable with the few stragglers who might come in regularly.  now, its built to a kind of welcomed tradition.  despite my reluctance for the hot seat and the strangeness of my songs, and (perhaps in spite of) the horrible job i do of talking to the crowd between numbers -- the music comes through.  and i've been told its a grand experience.  

and since i'm not able to make the record just yet, it thought it would be nice to share.  in total.

of all the secular Christmas songs, I think the sad ones are the best. 

especially on a somewhat out of tune piano. on Christmas. 

I stand by that.
