Deepertale is an AU that takes place in the aftermath of a nearly complete Genocide Run. Alphys has hidden all the survivors in the True Lab. Flowey was the only one who got in the human's way and lived to tell the tale (and that was by escaping within an inch of his life). The human has chosen not to erase the timeline yet, and walks the dusty Underground while down further below the monsters cower in fear. Snowdrake's mother takes the role of Toriel, and she's hidden away in a secret section of the lab Alphys built for her. It's a massive walk-in freezer. No one really knows about it, but even if they did, they wouldn't want to be there. If the temperature wouldn't ward them off, the atmosphere of pure misery would.

Childhood in 7/8 time: Istanbul Before Twelve smells of simit and the sea; it sounds like ferry horns, spoon percussion, and merchants’ cries. Makam melodies meet nu-jazz soul—warm, handcrafted, alive.



This is my first map of Istanbul—from the courtyard to the ferry, from the tea garden to the Grand Bazaar. You’ll hear makam colors, microtones, and aksak grooves in 7/8 and 9/8; saz, oud, kanun, ney, kaval, zurna, darbuka, and davul telling how the city sounded to me before I turned twelve.
Each track is a scene: our block, the neighbor, Teacher Veli (stern and kind), friendship and hospitality, the green valleys, the Bosphorus, the nights, the tea garden, and the journey forward. Between seagulls and ferry horns, nu-jazz and soul blend with a hint of djent—honest, warm, handcrafted.
