* It became a terrifying being known only as The Darkness, intent on destroying our world and its inhabitants.
* It was sealed away within the darkest depths of our world by a MAGE.

* Many years later...
* You have been born into this unfamiliar place.
* You will have to undergo trials that will test you and your place in this world.
* Travel through the MINDGATES of this world, guarded by its inhabitants...
* And craft a new life for yourself.
