Akiva has been making music since she was 16, and graduated from college with a HND in Music Technology and Sound Engineering in 2003. She has spent the last 15 years listening to all genres of music, which has positively influenced her eclectic style of production and songwriting. To allow her fans to hear her work, Akiva started XS Media. She writes all her own melodies, beats and lyrics.
