2025 marks a new cycle, a new season for us here at Sacred Sound as we prepare for the future, the next decade, the next episode /|\

As we stand at the cusp of a new age, there is a call from within to strive harder, set goals that seem unachievable as we power through into the unknown.

It is an incredible honour for us to have Nano Bugz join the label and to mark the occasion they bring to us this BEAUT of a release !!!

A project based out of Berlin, Max and Eike have been immersed in modular production, creating unique tracks without presets or samples since 2013, every sound a unique one-off piece.

Sharks with Laserbeams, is a melting pot of different styles and genre’s, some contemporary, some retro, a soulful interpretation of this psychedelic sound we adore with an emphasis on two critical aspects of it.

This double compilation materializes the ever existing oppositions in any form of things in life (plus or minus, good or bad, light and dark, yes or no, black and white ...) and the difficulty to make choices.

His creator wanted to depict the permanent opposition between left and right brain in his head, turning every decision making into a violent inner fight betwenn both most extreme points of view. The only answer lies right in the middle of this opposition, carracterised only by the equivalent distance betwenn both these extremes.

This is one I've been wanting to play for a long while, a bit slower than my other mixes. I adore Flooting Grooves' psy projects and threw together a little set with my very favourite tracks.
