Exploring the limit of mixing different types of Techno on a fast groovy journey, to keep interest along the way. Moving from “New Skool” to “Old School” while marry bass loaded, melodic and hypnotic sounds. Layering tracks in a polyphonic approach to create new dynamics and wholesome harmoniously combinations, where the songs starts conversate, which give them an unique vibe, flair and color. This is what Reconnect Control, a Berlin based artist from Brussels with togolese roots, tries to achieve in DJ mixing.

Influenced by the pioneering sounds of breakbeat and ambient, Jannik has honed a unique and minimalistic style, drawing inspiration from artists such as Skee Mask, Aquarian, Aphex Twin, and Stanislav Tolkachev.
He is often recognized for his straightforward and functional techno, but in private, he delves into a wide array of experimental and breakbeat-influenced tracks. This mix serves as a sonic exploration, providing a glimpse into the eclectic influences that shape his artistic expression.

Cryptofauna is blessing us with the first TILT.cast for 2023!

While the Berlin based DJ is known for her straight up uplifting DJ sets she decided to take a different turn for her TILT.cast and starts with a thought-out intro that takes you on a journey.

»The sound concept is driven by productions that are rather straightforward, some of them even with a tool-y touch. But eventually, each track has at least one weird-textured and trippy element to it. That’s what makes the set sound off-kilter and by that, I reached my initial goal to record a mix that is literally ›tilted‹. What stabilizes the mix is the fact that both the intro and last track are by one of my fav producers: Slagmann (intro track) aka Talismann (last one called Hoar).«

T-N is a Naarm (Melbourne) raised DJ who got her start in London, playing on local radio stations like Threads and Rinse FM and at much beloved venues like Corsica Studios and Five Miles. T-N is now based back in Naarm, where she's recently supported artists like DJ Tool, Dina and Julia Govor. Currently co-running Amniote Editions alongside Mama Snake and part of the Black Artist Database team, T-N is deeply immersed in the realms of global electronic music and extends her take on techno and trance to her city's local dance music scene and beyond. Catch her this Summer in Europe and the U.K., as she gears up for gigs in Copenhagen, London and Berlin.
