For the past 8+ years 95% of my music creation has taken place on a computer (on various platforms). I worked on a few projects using my SP404sx that were really fun to do but they were few and far between. When I first started making music (over 15 years ago now) i did use a computer and early versions of FL and Reason - But I fell in love with beat making when I got my first MPC1000. I’ve always wanted to get back into making music without using a computer but bought anything - I finally decided go for it when I saw the new 404 being announced. I love how weird and quirky the 404sx and 303 are, and the new version addressed many of the issues I had when working on music with the 404. It’s also extremely limited (my old mpc1k with JJOS could do way more, for example) but it is a very welcome change after having almost no limitations for so many years. Anyways - I mention all that to say that this is a short collection of my first 9 loops on the new SP. I hope you enjoy!! Free DL too
