Waxwood is a global Nomad with a very unique organic sound. We 
have been following him for a while and are delighted to now release 
this 2 Track EP from him. Finding Remixers was not a very hard job for 
the beautiful tracks so we have a total of 4. Nährwerk, Vodoom, Wakhan & 
Motin made 4 entirely different versions and the result is this truly 
global EP for your listening pleasure.

Das Trio @treibgut eine reine Improvisations-Band und stellt sich immer einfach so mit ihren Instrumenten und Geräten vor eine Menschenmenge. „Die Inspiration kommt dabei aus dem Moment und dem Zusammenspiel zu dritt“, erklären die Musiker aus Hamburg. Manchmal seien es sogar eigene kleine Fehler, die die Idee zum nächsten Track liefern würden. „Am Ende eines Gigs in der Hammahalle des Sisyphos ist dann irgendwie der Track „Phosphor“ entstanden. Das ist zwar auch schon wieder eine Weile her, aber irgendwie hat er uns nicht losgelassen, so dass wir ihn unbedingt aufnehmen und veröffentlichen wollten.“ Gesagt, getan. Die Nummer erscheint nun mit einem weiteren Original, „Eigengrau“, über @heiterwolkig - mit Remixen von @iorie und @peng_peng (@ddoollpphh und @meerkats). (...)

A Melodic Story of the Universal History

THE STORY
EX NIHILO (Latin. Out Of Nothing) Is the first thematic album of Oceanvs Orientalis; which tells 10 different stories of 10 breaking points of the Universal history. From the Planetary scale to the Human dimension. 
The story begins with the song of the Big Bang (EX NIHILO)and continues with focusing on the first formation of the Solar System (Birth of the Sun),
The Earth (THE EARTH SONG) and the story of Homo Sapiens (AQUATIC APE) and so on.
 
THE ALBUM
The album contains 10 original tracks. 
Recording of the album took 1 year of field recording and experimental audio synthesis. Each song of the album created for a specific dedicated event.

THE FILM
The Film created by 10 different artists under the creative direction of Elif Demirci aka Datafobik. In the first step each artist imagine and create each video separately then each other.
Afterwards it combined as one individual audio reacted visual experience.
Also for the 4th music video the song called “Plankton Planet”, we collaborate with the Plankton Chronicles: An art and science project based in Montreal, Canada. The video made by 3 minutes of unseen plankton footage recorded by Plankton

Chronicles.

I really enjoyed to work with this velvet voice and his soulful brazilian guitar, amazing musician @castellobranco from Rio De Janeiro. Our new single came out 5th of June with 22nd catalogue number from my own record label @kanto_records

I would be honoured to dedicate this song to global solidarity against racism and it’s last iconic trigger George Floyd. I wish this flame brings us to the better world, without corrupted fascists governments, without inequivalent human and animal rights.
