We never set out to start a band, our only goal was to find ourselves. Our situations found us rather, together at the right time and place, and the outcome was something we couldn't shake. This first EP is a collection of songs that came about somewhat effortlessly in a shack in the middle of the jungle using basic instruments. We produced and arranged everything back in our studio in NYC and the collection became a true culmination of our collective pasts embodied in a new shape that felt right. This EP is monumental to us because it comes from exploring musical places that we always wanted to hear but could never find, like an artifact waiting to be discovered. We wanted to capture the feeling of dusk, that moment between day and night where the possibilities are endless... and with this EP, we're a little bit closer

Here's my take on a summer jam! This one is almost completely handmade, so it has a different sound from usual TRAILS stuff. You may have heard that i can't follow a line when it comes to music styles and made it my "artistic line" to be as inconsistent as it can get, so I hope that is slowly starting to make sense!

The Night's Our Town

This track was about discovering a place where people live forever and recognizing the value of doing as much as possible in our present lives, but with a tinge of sadness. Perhaps we arrive at this place after death. I want the music to stimulate feelings of floating and being in the wind.
