Arranged for brass sextet. Originally written for organ, this joyful prelude chorale was composed by Bach to celebrate the new year. Ensemble: 2 trumpets in Bb, horn in F, tenor trombone, bass trombone, tuba.

Arranged for brass sextet. Suite from Gladiator’s soundtrack: “The battle”, “Earth”, “Barbarian Horde”, “The battle reprise”. Ensemble: 2 trumpets in Bb, horn in F, tenor trombone, bass trombone, tuba.

Arranged for woodwinds sextet. Evocative piece, inspired by the noise of water and by the musical sounds of water sprays, cascades and brooks; written for piano by Maurice Ravel. Ensemble: piccolo, flute, oboe, clarinet in B, bass clarinet in B, bassoon.

Biography

Organist, keyboard player, pianist and arranger. In June 2013 he obtained the Master of Arts in Organ at the “Haute école de musique” in Geneva (Switzerland) in the class of Alessio Corti, gaining the Prize “Pierre Segond”, delivered to an exceptional organ student of the Haute école. He took masterclasses of internationally renowned organists such as Lionel Rogg, Guy Bovet, Marie-Claire Alain, Luigi Ferdinando Tagliavini and Pierpaolo Turetta.

He performs many concerts, both as soloist and in orchestra, and accompanies several choirs during festivals and choral competitions. In addition, he carries out an important work of transcription for organ of orchestral works: among them the transcription of "Pictures at an Exhibition" by M. Mussorgsky and that of the "Cantata No. 147" by J. S. Bach.

He works also in pop music area. He played keyboards and piano in several italian bands: pop band Sfere Cristalline Concentriche (keys, piano and orchestral parts), indie-rock band Audio Tips (keys, arrangements), funk-soul band Acid Queen (keys, piano), songwriter Carmine Torchia (keys). With Sfere Cristalline Concentriche, he won the "Sun 'n' Sound" competition in Milan in 2007, and thank to the first prize he opened Biagio Antonacci’s concert in Milan and recorded an ep with Peer Music label.

In 2006 he obtained Bachelor’s degree in “Telecommunications Engineering” at University "Mediterranea" in Reggio Calabria and in 2009 he obtained the Master’s degree in "Engineering and Design of Sound" at “Politecnico” in Milan.
