Es una de las mentes detrás de Hayes y dirige su propio estudio de masterización: Tema Mastering. El portugués João Rodrigues comenzó su alias Temudo en 2014, después de un período en la escena Drum and Bass. João se describe a sí mismo como un nerd del procesamiento de audio, las técnicas de composición y la resolución de acertijos en la búsqueda de la mezcla perfecta. Su formación en Jazz, una Licenciatura en Sonido y una Maestría en Música y Tecnología le dieron las herramientas para los experimentos poco ortodoxos que realiza en el estudio. Es justo decir que Temudo es uno de los principales personajes del Techno portugués.

Hailing from a small Welsh town, Aloka has carved out a unique space in the electronic music scene, blending technoid bass, minimalist grooves, and dynamic breaks into a sound that defies easy categorization.

Over the past decade, his Aloka project has evolved from a creative experiment into a full-fledged artistic endeavor, earning him a reputation as a forward-thinking producer and DJ.

Not content with just shaping his own sound, Aloka also runs Typeless Records, a label that showcases gritty, experimental bass music with a distinctly UK flavor. Now in its sixth year, the label has become a hub for raw, boundary-pushing talent, reflecting Aloka’s commitment to both innovation and community.

✈ To celebrate this new episode, we are proud and delighted to host such an iconic figure from the Detroit Techno scene : ALAN OLDHAM aka DJ T-1000 (Pure Sonik Records / BPitch Control).

Alan Oldham has been called Detroit’s Renaissance Man, a true Motor City original.

From his beginnings as a member of Underground Resistance (replacing Jeff Mills), to seminal releases on Tresor Berlin, BPitch Control, Third Ear, Suspected, Elypsia Records (under his Detroit Rocket Science alias), his own Pure Sonik label and many others, to remixes for such heavyweights as Loco Dice and Ellen Allien, to his legendary artwork for such labels as Transmat, Djax-Up-Beats, New Religion, Houndstooth, Dark Entries, and more, Oldham does it all.

Under his stage name of DJ T-1000, Oldham has criss-crossed the globe rocking dancefloors from Amsterdam to London to Rome to Tokyo to Shanghai to Mexico City to his native Detroit and back to his current home in Berlin, where he holds down residencies at Tresor Berlin and Suicide Circus.

Over 25 years in the game, and Oldham remains at the forefront of both art and music.

Born and raised in Detroit and based in Berlin, Alan Oldham a.k.a. DJ T-1000 has been called “Detroit Techno’s Renaissance Man,” Not only is he the owner of the legendary Detroit labels Generator and Pure Sonik, and a veteran international techno DJ, the Detroit-born polymath is also an accomplished graphic illustrator, known globally for his iconic artwork for Djax-Up-Beats, +8 Records, Transmat, Astralwerks and many other electronic music labels.

A globally-known DJ, Oldham as DJ T-1000, still keeps to his old Underground Resistance vinyl roots. He is a veteran headliner of such festivals as Love Parade (DE), Awakenings (NL), E-Troit Festival (NL), N.A.M.E. Festival (FR), and Movement (USA). He has been a resident at both Tresor Berlin (DE) and Moog Barcelona (ES), as well as regularly playing dates all over Europe and the world, including such recent Asian destinations as Manila and Shanghai.
Oldham is also behind the Detroitrocketscience alias, which has spawned an acclaimed series of sci-fi inspired 10-inch releases and an all-digital DJ set-up that is more streamlined and modernistic than the old-school vinyl approach. Vienna, Lyon, the legendary Hammerhalle at Sisyphos, and Globus in Berlin have recently hosted Detroitrocketscience sets.

Beginning in 2011, the immensely-talented Oldham launched a series of successful, sold-out art happenings in Paris, Amsterdam, Los Angeles, Barcelona, Vienna, and Berlin, translating his comics-inspired, techno-defining Djax-Up-Beats style to paint and canvas! His originals are owned by the likes of Derrick May, Radio Slave, Ben Sims, Steve Bug, Cisco Ferriera (The Advent), Marsel Delsin (Delsin Records), Steve Parker, Ritzi Lee, and other famous techno notables. Commissioned work, most recently for Berlin’s  legendary Dr. Motte, also fills his daily schedule.

Growing up exposed to electronic music, LKY’s sound has naturally developed into what can be described as dark and hypnotic dub-infused rhythms, blending deep, rolling energy with a raw, driving force. 

With releases on OECUS, SYXT, FIGURE, Newrhythmic, and his own self-titled series, LKY has quickly gained recognition in the scene through his productions and distinct sonic identity. This mix is a deep dive into his world—immersive, hypnotic, and relentlessly moving forward.

Ahead of this weekend’s Bassiani booking, Berghain resident Fadi Mohem delivers a masterful blend of large scale rhythms for Bassiani Podcast 247. Raised in the leafy suburb of Spandau, the native Berliner always had the very best of nightlife within easy reach: exposure to drum ‘n’ bass, Detroit, the dubby incarnations of Basic Channel and IDM meting out references for a personal distillation of sound that saw him go from techno acolyte and sound engineering student to folk mainstay in just a few years. A stint at cult vinyl purveyor Hard Wax and the tutelage and encouragement of Ben Klock (they met in 2016) have permeated his work even further. From his alma mater to Dekmantel and beyond, his is a lexicon comprised of rhythmic loops and heavily stylised snarls that ripple, echo and penetrate the body; a catalyst for mental and physical experience that’s forward-looking and deeply intuitive. This latest one’s a 92 minute compilation of Mohem’s favourite sounds, an avatar for his high-concept sonic palette, assembly line beats from this nonpareil Berlin selector.

Glasgow born producer and DJ Gary Beck has long been
established as a primary figure in techno.
Known and respected for his unique sound, he has gained support from the best names in the business and released music on some of the genre's leading labels, including Mutual Rytm, Soma, as well as his own BEK Audio imprint.

Since his emergence onto the scene in 2007, Beck has accumulated an impressive list of achievements. Highlights include a BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix, two Boiler Room session's, featured music on BBC 1 Drama ‘Stonemouth', and 'God Save The Quine', as well as numerous collaborations with exceptional talents such as MR. G, GreenVelvet, Debra Debs, Mark Broom and Speedy J.

2012 saw the release of his seminal debut album 'Bring a Friend' on the legendary Soma Records label. It was their 100th album release, and this was a great honour for Gary. His second album 'Dal Riata' was released in November 2019 on BEK Audio.
You can also find Gary appearing under various different alias's, including Sosak & Tanera.

In terms of performing, Gary has appeared at some of the worlds largest and respected clubs and festivals, with shows at renowned venues such as Womb Tokyo, Fabric London, Awakenings, T in the Park Scotland, Spazio Rome, Output NYC, Printworks London, and Timewarp, to name a few. In addition to a busy performance schedule, Beck spends time as head of BEK Audio, an imprint which has quickly become one of the most revered techno labels on the scene after releases from the likes of Floorplan, Mark Broom, Slam, DJ Rush & Ritzi Lee.

Gary say's on approaching the 60th release “I initially set up the label as a release platform for my own music, however that quickly changed. I don't put myself under any pressure with the releases. It simply has to be really good!

Bosnian-built and -bred Sev Dah may be a Swedish expat, but the Balkan blackness clings strongly to the bleak percussions and rigidly uneasy synthetics that unwillingly fuse into his strongly individual take on techno. Authentically purveying the pulsations of the nakedly throbbing and ugly world, far away from Starbucks and H&M. 

Signed to respected labels such as Random Island, Mote-Evolver and Kaiser's KSR, he quickly gnawed his way into the scene’s core of DJs and producers. Sev is even managing new projects on his own label Proletarijat since 2016. Like a rabid mongrel, since 1998 he has been chewing and belching new bastard beats that are aching to scream out. Consequently there’s a steaming and steady stream of vinyl releases coming.

With influences ranging from Stigmata and Mills to Master Reese and Petar Dundov, Sev Dah is a versatile but headstrong DJ that can gently ease a thumb in at midnight or fervently thrust it down the hatch at peak time.
