The Brazilian techno DJ who's been noted for her dynamism, flare, and explosive mixes has now completed an exclusive mix for Dance Vici. Fernanda Martins, as well as rocking dancefloors on an international scale, is also an A&R Manager and Record label owner at both Devotion Records and Audiocode. Her style, as you will hear, bears an intense energy and would certainly fall into the purest form of hard-hitting techno.

Martins has played in prestigious venues around the world at the likes of the Gashouder for Awakenings, totaling shows in over 30 different countries to date. It's a pleasure to welcome the talented DJ to the series.

Im back with another episode of We Are The Brave Radio and I’ve got something a little bit different for you all again this week. No doubt you saw Fabric have released their 100th compilation - mixed by Code 9 & Burial - and this got me thinking about how the club and the mix series has been such a massive part of our scene for almost 20 years. Both have certainly inspired me and been a huge part of my journey so far. So I’ve dug into the archive to unearth a previously unheard recording of me in Room 2 back in December 2015 when I closed the room after two absolute fabric legends, Terry Francis and Slam. There are times when some tracks never fit to a present time and genre, and this is one of them. The first track on this EP 'Lorn Stronger' was created by Sinisa almost 14 years ago at the hype of techno, and until then he was hiding it and keeping it like his secret weapon occasionally dropping it in sets here and there. He never felt it was the right time for this track to be released. Until now! We are more than excited to finally reveal this precious masterpiece after waiting all these years.

The second track on the EP called 'Against Time' is Sinisa's classic timeless tech-house groovy sound embodying hypnotic effects, twisted vocals and his trademark bass-line that will guarantee to blow the dance floor away!

The third track 'Anxiety' is Sinisa's newest techno production with an energetic vibe and mad random analog modulations which merge into a perfect solid groove.

A man who needs little introduction, Southampton born techno legend Alan Fitzpatrick has spent the last decade carving out his musical niche and holding rank in the upper echelons of the underground electronic world. Few artists can claim to have headlined Berghain and also had a hit on daytime BBC Radio 1, but then there aren’t many artists like Alan Fitzpatrick. 

One of the most popular techno DJs in the world, he has rubbed shoulders with the likes of Carl Cox and Adam Beyer for the best part of a decade, performing at the world’s biggest clubs and festivals. Known primarily for his raw hard-edged sound, Alan has developed into one of dance music’s most versatile producers, equally at home putting out techno bangers on Drumcode as he is making disco-infused house anthems, or experimental electronica under his 3STRANGE alias, not to mention his impressive range of collaborations (including CamelPhat, Skream, Sasha, Rebūke and Jamie Jones). 

The We Are The Brave and Apex Faction label don adopts a no nonsense approach to A&R and in 5 short years Alan has welcomed some of Techno’s finest producers to his fold. The Englishman champions the musical output of both established artists and breakthrough alike, accumulating over 50 million Spotify Streams on We Are The Brave records since its inception in 2016. Fast-forward to 2021 and the southern powerhouse shows no sign of slowing down, his passion for music permeating all aspects of his career.
