Born in Zurich and grown up in Italy, Stephan Krus took his first steps into the techno world in the late ’90s, taking inspiration from his idols Jeff Mills and Dave Clarke. 

His first appearances behind the console began from a young age and due to his talent, he very quickly became a resident in some historic places in his province (Vicenza). His artistic career achieved his first major achievements in 2001 when he debuted with his first Zool EP vinyl on Underground Media Records by Mauro Picotto and landed at the legendary Italian techno club Matrix in Brescia, where he has been regular resident for five years. 

Since 2005, Stephan has continued his musical growth by playing in some of the best Italian techno clubs and festivals such as Nature Beat Festival, Phase2 Afrobar, Shame Clubbing, Ex Dogana, The Room, Amnesia, Mantra, Electrique, Il Muretto, Alterego, Bolgia, Sonica Dance Festival, Boom Festival. He also includes countries such as Poland, Netherlands, Croatia, Spain, Germany, Slovenia, Austria, Slovakia, Switzerland and Malta, as well as clubs like Sfinks700, Liquid Club, MTW, Sub Club, Depo Klub, Bollwerk, Sugar Factory, Space Monki, Trax Club.

The tracks from EP’s like “Runaway Giant” EP on Decoy, and latest on Jack! Who?’s DEAD CERT. Records, SK Black (includes the hypnotic remixes of XHEI and ViL), Naked Lunch, Vegim’s TMM, Adroit, District4 (with two remixes for DJ Emerson), Northern Parallels, and Liberta Records (with remix for Stephen Disario) were played and appreciated by Dave Clarke, Ben Sims, Rebekah, Jeroen Search, Submerge, Nocturnal Sunshine, Nicole Moudaber and many more. 

Italian’s techno icon, Stephan Krus’ sound includes not only years of experience as a DJ, but also 20 years as a techno lover and fan. His DJ sets are a mix of old-school rhythmic, distorted and industrial rhythms, hypnotic synths, and power-full kicks: a journey towards unexplored galaxies with an ever-turned look towards the farthest past.

A man who needs little introduction, Southampton born techno legend Alan Fitzpatrick has spent the last decade carving out his musical niche and holding rank in the upper echelons of the underground electronic world. Few artists can claim to have headlined Berghain and also had a hit on daytime BBC Radio 1, but then there aren’t many artists like Alan Fitzpatrick. 

One of the most popular techno DJs in the world, he has rubbed shoulders with the likes of Carl Cox and Adam Beyer for the best part of a decade, performing at the world’s biggest clubs and festivals. Known primarily for his raw hard-edged sound, Alan has developed into one of dance music’s most versatile producers, equally at home putting out techno bangers on Drumcode as he is making disco-infused house anthems, or experimental electronica under his 3STRANGE alias, not to mention his impressive range of collaborations (including CamelPhat, Skream, Sasha, Rebūke and Jamie Jones). 

The We Are The Brave and Apex Faction label don adopts a no nonsense approach to A&R and in 5 short years Alan has welcomed some of Techno’s finest producers to his fold. The Englishman champions the musical output of both established artists and breakthrough alike, accumulating over 50 million Spotify Streams on We Are The Brave records since its inception in 2016. Fast-forward to 2021 and the southern powerhouse shows no sign of slowing down, his passion for music permeating all aspects of his career. The WATB frontman is renowned for curating an evening of exceptional magnitude, having already showcased his roster’s talent at The Warehouse Project, Shine Belfast, SWG3 Glasgow and the infamous Fabric nightclub in London.
