ELEVATE - a label started by Pig&Dan focuses on releasing music to make the listener feel just that - 'elevated'. Since its inception in 2012, its seen a stream of hits climb the Beatport charts, featuring artists including Amelie Lens, Monika Kruse and Julian Jeweil. Not forgetting the smash hit No.1 techno track from Aitor Ronda with 'Tweezer' in 2017, which helped firmly put ELEVATE on the map in terms of the labels to watch out for going into 2018.

Mark Reeve collaborated with the guys back in 2015 and this June we see the second project come to form with their 'Give' EP which stands as the labels landmark 100th release.

'Working with Pig & Dan is always a pleasure and I can remember many great projects in the past and meeting them back in 2011. This EP was designed for the summer festivals, uplifting, hands up moments' - Says Mark

The EP has two original tracks, which both heavily focus on upbeat techno with the use of catchy, powerful vocal effects - two things which Pig&Dan and Mark have become known for.
'On this release we've hit a real high note with Mark. Both tracks are extremely uplifting and have a solid drive behind them however hold clear elements of house within.' - Says Dan

First up is 'Give Yourself' - a track that will be well recognised on any dancefloor with its striking female vocal stabs alongside a swinging low end. The track builds through an array of modulating synths patterns bouncing off one another in perfect harmony.

'Give Up' has a more subtle vocal, repetitive in nature throughout the track against the thick luxurious hi-hat. 'The backbone is solid and deep but is enriched in everything needed for the summer festival season' - Adds Igor.

Markantonio is an artist who has been instrumental in helping develop the techno scene in his home country of Italy, and this year celebrates his twentieth anniversary of releasing music.

In his career, Markantonio has released on many great labels ranging from Drumcode to his own AnalyticTrail. Along with his many solo releases, he's also been a regular collaborator with Lerio Corrado, and together they have released tracks on Tronic, Second State and now Intec.

Lerio Corrado also based in Italy is a young producer who originally made contact with Markantonio after signing some of his music to AnalyticTrail, and he also boasts an impressive back catalogue of solo tracks on imprints including Loose Records, Little Helpers and Unrilis.

Conventional Dreams opens the release with rippling synths and heavy percussion that are soon joined by razor-sharp hi-hats that slice through the offbeat. The intensity builds as this techno tidal wave unfolds with muffled vocals and haunting atmospherics that engulf the listener.

Next up is A Life and its arpeggiated lead synth with euphoric energy that blends with thrashing ride cymbals and a rolling bassline. Uplifting whilst also having a menacing undertone, this enthralling cut is has a precision engineered design perfect for peak time plays.

Last but not least is Assault that starts with an extended intro that slowly unfolds into a looped melody hook encased in a percussive framework. The hypnotising groove builds to a crescendo in the main breakdown before unleashing a surge of energy when the drums come crashing back in.

ID180 2. Markantonio & Lerio Corrado - A Life

Spanish-born Alberto Ruiz remixes this beautiful collaboration original from Sasho Derama, Joro Deev and Pavela, giving it his unique techno interpretation.

With releases on Relief, Terminal M, Bedrock, Elevate, and Suara, amongst others, Alberto’s tracks are constantly hitting the top 50 techno charts and his talent in the studio seems to be evolving at a blinding pace. His tracks have been played by Artists like Dubfire,Green Velvet, Richie Hawtin, Adam Beyer, Marco Carola, Carl Cox, Joseph Capriati, Pan-Pot, Marco Bailey, Solomun and the list goes on and on for this young and very talented producer with a bright future ahead of him in the world of electronic music.

Alan Hash was born in Buenos Aires in December 1992. He currently lives there. He began to develop his musical taste throughout his childhood. At 16 he began to walk slowly the world of electronic music. In November 2013, he began his career as a producer, getting great support from artists such as Richie Hawtin, Umek, Karotte, Stefano Noferini, Uto Karem, Paco Osuna, Cristian Varela, Spartaque, Dandi & Ugo, Roberto Capuano, Hollen, Torsten Kanzler and many more. 
Until today, has signed on labels like Loose, Agile, Transmit, IAMT, Funk'n Deep, Unity, Evolution and many more.
He runs his own label "HASH Records" from 2014. Currently it feels identified with Techno and Tech-House.
