Movie Inspiration Feature

I am a radio student in County Kerry part taking in the Radio Kerry Training course in conjunction with the Kerry ETB.

I have a show on our class online radio station "Z103 Online" and this is a demo of the show. I produce and present a show called "Sample Me This!" on Z103 Online every Wednesday at 2 0'Clock. 

Sample Me This! is an hour long radio show where you will hear music you thought were originals, but were sampled from other songs. I play the original or the sampled version, but you get to hear a bit of both songs to compare. Sometimes a funky cover may pop up. 

Sometimes sampled tracks and cover songs are fun to listen too as a change and that's what this show is all about and I love doing it.

Sample Me This! with Alanna Diggin is a show where you’ll hear songs that you thought were original? But are actually sampled from other songs and the show also includes some cool covers. You'll also learn some history about the songs & artists!

Sometimes covers & sampled tracks are just fun to listen as a change … you get to hear what other musicians can do when they play around with other people’s music … and that’s what this show Sample Me This!…is all about.

We were asked to tell the story of the above picture through sound.

When you look at it what do you see and more importantly what do you hear?

I told the story through audio of someone who is constantly on their phone, fed up of hearing the phone buzzing, beeping, and vibrating, and eventually they just take time away from their phone and go outside to take time to themselves and sit outside like the person in the picture.
